Perfect amount of silky cheese with chorizo. The mushrooms add an amazing umami flavor the strengthens the dish flavor profile. The chips are crispy and have the right amount of salty delight.

Absolutely phenomenal! Each bite was divine and the amount of shrimp is perfect to the ratio of tortilla and smothered toppings. Highly recommend the salsa verde and adding echo chori dip on top.
